Case study - THE SECRET GARDEN PARTY
Suzi worked with the pioneering independent arts and music festival, The Secret Garden Party from 2021 - 2023, sourcing, developing and executing revenue-generating opportunities for the festival in line with the ethos and vision of the event.
She worked closely with the festival's founder and the rest of the festival’s management team assisting with strategic planning, deal evaluation and negotiation and contractual formalities. She was often called upon to provide input on commercial contracts, intellectual property matters and reputational issues.
Suzi also looked after relationships with all commercial partners ensuring that the most appropriate partners were sourced and selected, and ideas for activations were properly cultivated from concept to execution, to ensure that objectives were met both for the festival and the brand in question.
